Our beloved Guchienda Estate is back, and this time in a white bag!
This year, Esther, Benson, and Edwin decided to submit their coffees to the AFCA Taste of Harvest cupping competition, earning some well-deserved recognition for their incredible work by placing first in the Kenya Chapter and 4th in all of Africa.
When cupping their offer samples back in April, the Peaberry selection immediately jumped off the table at me for its expressive character and aroma. This coffee is one of the few selections this year that scored 90 points on the SCA cupping scale, so we couldn't be happier that you get to try it.
However, these bags won't be around long! Guchienda Estate only produced approximately 400 pounds of this coffee, so get it while it lasts!
