From Veronica Mego, the daughter of producer Elmer Mego, the man who brings you North Star, comes an extremely lively and floral catuai from Santo Tomas Cajamarca.
From a young age, Veronica was inspired by working alongside her father and after classes would help him with the chores around the farm, learning the intricacies of his craft with her own hands.
This season, Veronica took ownership of one parcel of her father’s farm overseeing the harvesting and processing herself. The outcome is something very special – a cup that is uniquely her own: Floral forward with notes of jasmine, rose and hibiscus.
