BARISTA
Our Baristas are the face of Merit, and we ask a lot of them. They’re naturally optimistic problem solvers, and they understand that the smallest detail can make all the difference. They enjoy the challenge of multitasking and know how to balance fun conversation with a sense of urgency. They’re energetic and, of course, great with people. They’re ambitious professionals, always striving to elevate themselves and their industry.

Additional Requirements:
- Food Handlers Certification
- Active position that requires standing, walking,
