OUR STORY
Since 2009, we’ve been sourcing with intention, roasting in Texas, and creating spaces where people can connect over something real.
We work directly with farmers across Central and South America and Africa to bring in the best beans we can find—then roast them on custom German Probat machines built for precision and flavor.
But our mission goes beyond coffee. It’s about how it’s served, where it’s shared, and the people behind the counter. Our baristas remember names, favorite drinks, and life updates—because hospitality here is human.
We believe in being a light in the community: a place to pause, gather, or simply start your day on the right foot.
