16 YEARS OF COFFEE

Merit Coffee brings over 16 years of specialty coffee expertise — sourcing, roasting, and serving coffee through 13 cafes across 3 major cities. We go beyond taste: our Director of Coffee travels through Latin America and Africa to partner with top producers, and we roast on two custom-built German Probat roasters to bring out the unique flavor profile of each origin.

We don’t just roast; we brew it too. Our team sees the entire coffee chain, from farm to cup. Our baristas respect every step — weighing every drop with intention. Because to us, everything matters. Every choice, every detail, every cup.
