These gift cards are a physical product that are available for in-store & app use only. So yes – that means to use this gift card they will have to walk into one of our cafes, be greeted by the delicious smell of expertly crafted coffee, choose from our seasonal selection of personally sourced, hand-selected, and freshly roasted beans, and of course will need to treat themselves to a creamy cappuccino.

If they aren't sure which coffee to go with, our friendly and experienced baristas can help with everything from honing in on a coffee based on their flavor preferences, to home brewing tips and techniques.

SHIPPING

We ship freshly roasted coffee within 1-2 business days. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (Central Time).

NOTE: Once your order has been fulfilled by Merit and the shipping carrier has possession, it is out of our hands. The risk of loss passes to you once Merit has delivered your item(s) to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once your order has been shipped. If you do have any problems (ie. your package is said to have been delivered, but its not there) please reach out to the carrier directly.
