Introducing "Mornings With You" – a truly unique collaboration between Merit Coffee and Flatland Cavalry. Unlike ordinary coffee collaborations – we embarked on a journey to create a coffee blend that is not only unique and exceptional in flavor, but captures a feeling.
We invited the band to our North Texas cupping lab and meticulously spent three hours crafting a truly custom, one-of-a-kind blend that is the perfect backdrop to those quiet West Texas mornings. From start to finish, the guys were involved in every step. The final product is a coffee you cannot get anywhere else in the world. One of the most powerful things about "Mornings With You" is that it was crafted by the very person who wrote the song.
This limited-edition blend, "Mornings With You," features a medium and light-roasted Honduran base for balance, Merit's flagship Andino Leal for body and brightness, and a touch of sweetness from our Sidama Natural. It's a coffee that resonates with the magic of those quiet moments spent in the morning with that special someone. We ship freshly roasted coffee within 1-2 business days. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (Central Time).
